Katie grew up by the beach, in the small town of Seaville, in southern New Jersey. As a kid, Katie loved to sing and perform. She began voice lessons at the young age of 6. Her talent for singing and acting blossomed by participating in many children's musicals including, "Aladdin" in Aladdin, "Annie" in Annie, and her favorite, "Sebastian" in The Little Mermaid.

At Ocean City High School, she pursued the arts further, performing in a wide range of shows and musicals. After graduation, Katie was thrilled to move to the city of her dreams and attend Fordham University in New York City. At Fordham's Lincoln Center campus, she studied acting in an intensive "company-style" theatre program led by an amazing faculty. Four years of study later, with a B.A. in Theatre Performance, Katie traveled to Rome, Italy to fuse together her two passions: Acting and all things Italian. While there, her studies focused on the Italian language and the theatrical style of Commedia Dell’Arte. This unforgettable experience solidified for her the beauty of her Italian roots and her commitment to pursuing a career in acting.

Over the last few years, Katie has had amazing opportunities to work in television, commercials, film, musicals, and even record original music. In addition to her acting life, she also is a proud partner in For The Table Hospitality, a blossoming restaurant group comprised of 5 unique food and beverage concepts based in Florida. With FTTH, Katie wears many hats such as: interior designer, brand stylist, and menu designer/developer. In this second career, Katie gets to use her creative instincts and undying love of food & bev to create fun, fresh, dining experiences for an up and coming market. On her rare days off, you will find her in her happy place- with her hubby Brian, their two beautiful sons Julian and August, and adorable English bulldog, “Tallahassee”, probably cooking up a big family meal and planning their next adventure.
